Pretty Boy Floyd

Pretty Boy Floyd represents an important turning point in our program. A perfect contrast piece, at the exact right time, to fold back into our ewe base. His mama, SSL 048, is a shrop-colored, waspy necked, exotic female. I felt her mating to Bullseye in 2023 could result in a homerun....but Pretty Boy Floyd far exceeded my expectations. I don’t think it’s hard to see why we were, and still are, excited about his value as a sire. Elite front end construction and skeletal quality, big time top and center body, big footed and white featured, killer underline progression, and he is as good loose as he is propped up. I am confident Pretty Boy Floyd's value will only continue to increase as his daughters and grand daughters enter production for us in coming years.
